- Provides precise information for fine-tuning a fuel-injected motorcycle when changing an air filter, installing a new exhaust system or doing additional engine performance modifications
- Each unit includes a built-in microprocessor and a specific map designed to improve engine performance over stock; Dynojet continuously maps new calibrations for each bike, which are available for downloading at their website
- If you do not have a computer, you can change the settings with three touch buttons on the faceplate
- OEM-style wiring connectors with improved harness protection are supplied; no wiring modifications required

- Direct injector control technology manages the fuel curve on models that do not have the sensors to monitor fuel adjustment

- Simultaneously auto-tunes fuel curves for front and rear cylinders under actual riding conditions with new WEGO IIID dual-channel wide-band oxygen sensor interface
- Fully programmable plug-in replacement for Delphi® controller
- Robust alpha-N (throttle position and rpm-based) fuel control eliminates problems with long duration/high overlap camshafts
- Full support for SAE J1850 data bus used on 04-08 models (except 08 touring models with electronic throttle control) for communications between the engine control module, instrument cluster, turn signal/security module and diagnostic scan tools
- Support for new sixth gear indicator on 07-08 models
- TCFI also has built-in data logging that stores data for the last 60 minutes of operation at 10 samples per second
- PC communications is by means of a USB interface that plugs directly into the exisiting H-D diagnostic connector
- Powerful Windows software for custom programming and extended data logging and diagnostics
- User programs a table with the desired air/fuel ratio and the system does the rest – no dyno tuning required
- Idle air control including idle rpm and cold start characteristics are fully programmable which facilitates use of aftermarket throttle bodies with higher airflow

Autotune for Powercommander V
• “Auto Tune” kits are available that include Wide Band O2 sensors and control boxes. It will plug directly into the PCV and allow automatic fuel adjustments.
• Auto Tune can make a map for each gear it can map each cylinder separately for each gear if needed. (basic settings would make one map for all gears)
• “Warm Up” fuel adjustment (unit reads engine temp and allows fuel/timing adjustments based on it)
• Each map cell is individually adjustable so you can specify an exact AFR value for each area if needed. This allows the tuner/user to select specific AFR targets for idle, cruise, and large throttle opening areas. By doing this you can automatically tune the cruise area for best fuel economy while at the same time achieve maximum power at wide open throttle.
• If we do not have the exact map for your combination of parts you simply need to choose the closest one and let the Auto Tune kit do the rest. (if you have an very heavily modified engine and/or short drag pipes verifying your settings on a dynamometer is recommended).
